Hammerhead Coffee Roasters buys ONLY green coffees that have been certified organic and certified fair-trade. We work with Organic Products Trading Co. in Vancouver, Washington, and Atlas Coffee Importers in Seattle, Washington. We hope to become organic and fair-trade certifed ourselves as quickly as possible, but the cost is in the thousands of dollars and we are a tiny micro-roaster.
